Owner Trevor Melotte said there had been a huge amount of interest from the public who were “hanging out for it to open”. Business partner Linda Ross encouraged those who had never tasted Indian food to give it a try. “It’s about spices, not heat, and a whole new range of flavours. “If anyone is hesitant, just try one of the milder dishes first,” she said. The Indian Sunset restaurant is fully licensed and offers the option of takeaway meals. At Indian Sunset our goal is to give a memorable dining experience. Indian Sunset our goal

Northern Indian Cuisine use certain preparation that are special to its place of origin. These impart unique flavour and aroma to the dish and gives authenticity.
